PDF ebook and audiobook
Digital orders are delivered immediately. As soon as your payment clears, a download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.
Your files are yours to keep. The PDF has no DRM, so you can read it on a phone, a tablet, or a computer.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder first. If it still is not there, use the contact form and the link will be reissued.

Paperback
Print copies are packed and shipped by the author himself, not by a warehouse. That means orders are filled in batches rather than the same hour they come in.

The $4.25 covers the whole order, not each book. Order four or more copies and shipping is free. You will get a dispatch email when your copy is on its way.
Outside the United States? The PDF ebook and the audiobook are available anywhere in the world, since nothing has to be shipped.
STORE POLICY
Returns and Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any format: PDF ebook, audiobook, or paperback. Please choose your format carefully before you order.
Digital orders: Because the PDF and the audiobook are delivered the moment you pay, they cannot be returned once the download link has been issued. This includes copies bought at a pay-what-you-want price. The amount you choose is the amount you pay, and it is not refundable.
Print orders: Paperback copies are not returnable.
If Something Goes Wrong
The no-returns rule does not mean you are on your own. Get in touch and it will be put right.
Your book arrived damaged: Send a photo through the contact form within days of delivery and a replacement copy will be sent at no charge.
Your book never arrived: If tracking shows delivered but you have nothing, get in touch and it will be traced or replaced.
You received the wrong format: A correct copy will be sent.
Your download link does not work: It will be reissued.
None of these are refunds, so the policy above still stands. They are simply the author making sure you get the book you paid for.
